The Publication and Communication program (PC program) offers space to youth to share their voice and potentials to attract attention of public, public officers and policy makers to respond to their own and social needs.To reach this objective, the PCP is required to work closely with other programs and support each other through radio talk shows (both audio and video), online and offline campaigns/petitions, social media engagement, e-newsletters and joint CSO/ government partnership events.  In addition, PCP is required to provide capacity development to key youth and staff on how use the online platform-Youth Voice Platform (YVP-yvkhmer.org) for advocacy or campaigns. Staff will mainstream YVP in all their activities.
