YRDP is governed by its Board of Directors and is managed by the Executive Director. The Executive Director is supported by an Executive Committee to ensure the effective management and governance of its resources and staff. YRDP has 10 support policies and manual: Staff Policy, By-Laws, Executive Committee Policy, Board of Directors Policy, Financial & Administrative Manual, Anti-Corruption Policy, Child Protection Policy, Gender and Inclusiveness Policy, Conflict of Interest Policy and Electronic Security Policy.
