Through Youth Investment for Employment and Leadership Development (YIELD) program youth gain employment potential within an accommodating job market with decent and dignified work conditions. To reach this objective, youth are engaged in capacity building on Labor Rights and Advocacy, How Find and Create Job, awareness on Labor Rights Violation and Social Protections and build collective efforts and strategic partnership to take concrete action in enforcing the implementation of relevant policies.
